Whatever the size of your outdoor space, a well-thought-out and considered design will ensure that your garden is not only beautiful, practical and functional, but is tailored to suit your own individual needs.
Book your one hour consultation with multi award-winning landscape designer, Ceri Wagnell to explore design, exterior styling, products, materials, potential layouts and inspiration for your existing or new outdoor space.
Consultation.
The consultation is the time for us to discuss your wish list, design requirements, styles, products and potential layouts. No plans are produced during this consultation but we encourage you to take notes if you only require advice and not a full design. Please bring along any images that you feel will assist in expressing and discussing your design requirements. After our meeting and a design scope has been defined, a written quote for our design service will follow within a few days. The quote will be based on both size and complexity of the design scope. There is no obligation to proceed to a full design package.
Initial consultations are $350.00 per hour for suburbs within 25 minutes from the city, with additional fees applicable for suburbs outside of this zone. Online consultations are also available.
Concept Design.
Once we have completed the initial consultation and you have provided approval to proceed with the design, we will request a copy of your house and site plans. We will build the design from these plans which will allow for accurate drawings. All of our concept designs are produced in 3D format which will enable you to fully visualise your outdoor space.
We want you to love your new garden, so we work with you to ensure that the design concept matches your brief. You can make changes to the concept or approve us to proceed to final plans.
Final Plans.
This is the final stage of the design process. The final plans are fully scaled and dimensioned drawings showing material and colour selections, planting details, perspective images and build detail for the Empire Lane construction team.
You will be amazed how we can turn your 3D concept design into reality! Fly through videos of the design are available at an additional cost if requested.
Once the final plans are complete, we are able to provide a quotation for installation or you may choose to install yourselves.
