​Owner and operator, Ceri Wagnell is a multi-award winning landscape designer based in Perth, with a passion for timeless gardens, natural products, beautiful accessories and lush Mediterranean style planting.  Empire Lane has gained a strong reputation in the landscape design market, is a regular contributor to magazines and appeared on the television show -  Best Gardens Australia.  Ceri is very involved in the landscape industry and is the Vice President of the West Australian Landscape Design Association.
